This page is designed to assist you in coping with any problems or concerns that you may have in your everyday life.  The directions are simple and the method is safe and proven.

There is a green scrolling light bar that you will be following with your eyes for 15-20 seconds.  Think about your problem and the feeling(s) that you get when this problem is present.  Look at the bar for 15-20 seconds with your eyes trying not to move your head.  Let your mind go where ever it wants to.  After the time has elapsed, close your eyes and take a deep breath. 

What are your thoughts or feelings now?  Do you have any tension in any part of your body?   Are you emotional?  Are you relaxed?  What ever you are, go with the feeling and look at the bar again with those feelings in your mind.  As you watch the bar, do not think, let your mind go.  Again, after the time has elapsed, close your eyes and take another deep breath. 

What are your thoughts now?  You may repeat this until you want to stop.  Do not be afraid of the thoughts or feelings, they are only thoughts and feelings.  Try it, it can't hurt you.  And then let me know what you think...
